Shipping Info


It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days on for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Wednesday).

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.


United States: 7-12 Business Days
International: 10-16 Business Days

*Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.

Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
  • Large or Bulky Items
  • Shipping Provider Error

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.


To back up our commitment, if your goods don't arrive within the following time frames, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

USA (Mainland): 30 days

USA (Other): 35 days

Canada: 35 days

Australia: 35 days

New Zealand: 35 days

UK: 35 days

Rest of World: 40 days


We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to cancel your order please email us as soon as possible and we MIGHT be able to cancel it:

  1. Use email address
  2. Write the subject as 'Order Cancellation'.
  3. Include your order number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.


By placing an order at Vibrant Skin Company, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Vibrant Skin Company. Please refer to our returns policy for terms and further information on how to return your packages.
