If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our orders are processed daily, and most orders are shipped within 2-3 days after order placement. If your order has already been shipped, we'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
For logistical reasons, and depending on the weight of your products, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
VibrantSkinCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, VibrantSkinCo will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
We’ll automatically display prices in your local currency on the product pages and on the order summary page. All customers are billed in US Dollars and the final price charged to your account or credit card will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your bank or credit card company processes the transaction (according to their rates). We have no control over these rates and does not take responsibility for any potential exchange rate differences or exchange fees levied by your bank.
If your payment got declined, it is usually declined by your bank, and not by us. Please contact your bank for more details. You may also try checking out using PayPal instead, where you can pay with your card as a guest, no need to have a PayPal account.
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours and we MIGHT be able to cancel it. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from delivery. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
